Do I need to apply for an event to have a free profile on HMNW?

No. You are welcome to sign up for an artisan profile at any time. Before we publish your profile to our site, your creations must fit within our Terms, Conditions and Guidelines.

How do I create a free artisan profile?

Click on "My Account" and "create new account"

This enables you to receive priority invites for future HMNW events and allows for your “shop” to be listed on HMNW vendor list.

Please note that we can't approve your vendor profile nor accept you as a vendor for a show unless it contains:

How do I apply for a HMNW event?

To apply for an event, you can click the "Events" tab in the top nav or click here

There is a link next to each of the events that have an open applications. This link will also walk you thru the process of creating an online vendor profile which you can use to post images and/or link back to your website.

How and when will I know if I have been accepted to an event?

Are your events juried and how do you determine who is accepted as a member and who is not?

Each Event Is Juried. ONLY LIMITED NUMBERS OF VENDORS WITHIN EACH CATEGORY WILL BE ACCEPTED PER EVENT IN ORDER TO ENSURE IMPARTIAL SELLING PRACTICES. HMNW endeavors to create a balance of artisans within each event. Also, please review our definition of "HANDMADE CRAFTS/FINE ARTS" on the Terms, Conditions and Guidelines page.

I have applied and been excepted for an outside event and it's (going to) raining/snowing, will the event still go on?

Unless otherwise noted for a specific event, please review our Weather Cancellation Policy.

If accepted, can I split my booth area with another vendor/booth or table share?

No, for liability reasons vendors must apply separately.

    * Your Esty ID (or another web hosting site for your wares)
