A 5x7 signed, handpressed art print on recycled card stock of a country road covered with snow.
A set of 4 cards and envelopes (both of recycled paper) with a handpressed horseshoe crab print.
I am fascinated by the simplicity and unexpected nature of the block printing process. My current carvings are miniature experiments in stylized realism - partly creature-based, sometimes imaginary, mostly within a 4"x6" frame
Though my aesthetic is still evolving, I am convinced that the ground truth of environmental responsibility lies in reusing humanity's refuse. My prints are done on recycled card stock, and as much as possible, additional elements such as envelopes are also recycled or handmade.
