Sown bags are for the urban women looking to carry and organize their everyday needs. I hunt for second-hand bolts and garments from around town, or purchase fully sustainable fabrics such as hemp and organic cotton.
I'm a one woman show. My hand is in the design of each and every style from sketching and materializing the idea to coordinating fabrics, hand dyeing, screen printing images and assembly. Only the highest quality fabrics are chosen and used in the construction of all bags. With Sown designs my customers don't have to sacrifice their fashion sense to stand behind their environmental ethic.
