This necklace features a hand carved hand painted pendant and vintage key. It's one of my favorites right now.
I made this necklace exclusively from pieces of broken jewelry (except for the chain). The bright yellow metal piece was distressed and shaped by hand as well.
I love treasure hunting and I like the look of interesting vintage items. I use found vintage objects and wood in most of my designs. I'm intrigued by distressed objects but I like to create contrast by incorporating bright colors and fun geometric shapes into my jewelry to give the pieces a more modern feel.
