I love using vintage fabrics and recycled /reclaimed materials to make my crafts. I have also been able to find a source of materials that local businesses are throwing away and using them to create crafts so that the materials do not end up in a landfill.
I make mittens using recycled sweaters and afghans, wallets using vintage wallpaper and recycled materials, headbands using my scrap fabric, purses using recycled and vintage fabric, as well as some children's items such as cloth diaper covers and tooth fairy pillows using recycled and vintage fabric.
