Refund/Cancellation Policy

Unless otherwise noted in a specific event, once a Vendor/Patron has been accepted to participate in an event and Vendor/Patron withdraws from said event, Handmade NW will not refund any fees. NO EXCEPTIONS.

A replacement vendor will only be accepted upon prior approval from Handmade NW.

If Vendor/Patron is in any violation of a Handmade NW or event policy, Handmade NW may choose to close the Vendor/Patron booth/area and no refund of fees will be given.

Weather Cancellation Policy

All indoor/outdoor events will be held rain, snow, or shine! Events MAY be canceled due to conditions beyond our control, EXCESSIVE/HAZARDOUS inclement weather or weather that has been declared a state emergency. If an event is canceled AFTER logistical, insurance and advertising arrangements have been made, we will endeavor to arrange another date in the near future. Fees will NOT be able to be applied to future events. ALL booth fees are allocated for event planning, advertising, and venue fees.

An event may be canceled on the spot due to EXCESSIVE/HAZARDOUS weather conditions. In such case, no refunds or credits will be issued.

At outdoor events, we suggest to bring your own canopy with walls and 50 lb weights per leg or work out canopy sharing with your booth partner.

If inevitable excessive inclement weather is expected, it is your responsibility to check this website and our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/HandmadeNW for any updates and/or your email address. Cancellation of an event is at the sole discretion of Handmade NW and/or event space property management and such decisions will be final.

Force Majeure/“Act of God” Policy

Force Majeure means “superior force.”

Should events beyond reasonable control of Handmade NW and the venue, including but not limited to (1) acts of God, (2) war, including armed conflict, (3) strikes of labor disputes at any Handmade NW event or in the contracted venue, (4) disease at/in/around the venue (examples of disease: epidemic, SARS, Legionnaires), (5) government regulation or advisory (including travel advisory warnings and public gatherings), (6) civil disturbance at the contracted venue, (7) terrorism or threats of terrorism in the United States as substantiated by governmental warnings or advisory notices, (8) curtailment of transportation services or facilitates which could materially affect attendees from attending the event, (9) disaster, fire, earthquakes, hurricanes in/around the contracted venue, (10) unseasonable extreme inclement weather in/around the contracted venue, (11) shortages or disruption of the electrical power supply causing blackouts or rolling blackouts or other cause reasonably beyond the parties' control, making the event commercially impracticable, impracticable to perform, illegal, or impossible to fully perform under this Agreement as the Parties originally contracted. In such case Handmade NW may terminate this agreement, without liability, upon written notification. Notice under this provision may be given at any time in advance of the event.

An event may be canceled due to Force Majeure/“Act of God” conditions. In such case, no refunds or credits will be issued.

Handmade NW, reserves the right to reschedule an event due to above policies.
